The government agency that oversees Medicare recently instituted a new requirement of medical practices that patients be surveyed after a medical procedure. To fulfill this requirement and maintain Medicare certification, we have enlisted Arbor Associates, our research partner, to survey our patients regarding their experience at GIH.
